Main Features 1. The whole machine realizes unwinding, web guide, dust removal, static electricity removal, printing within 12 colors, front and back printing, adhesive surface printing (excluding glue), cold stamping, laminating, reverse gloss oil, circular cutting, online static observation, front and back die-cutting and semi threading, rewinding, waste collection, die-cutting and full threading, full threading conveyor and sorting platform;

 

2.The whole machine has no axis transmission, and each printing color group is driven by a full servo motor, which can achieve pre-printing in the paper direction and precise and fast automatic follow-up printing; The printing roller adopts a classic petal shaped structure, and the pressure for each plate change does not need to be adjusted significantly. The plate change operation is fast, convenient, and simple. Color matching, stable embossing, and no ink bars;

3.Each printing drying system is equipped with an independent water cooling device, which can effectively reduce the impact of temperature on material printing. The water-cooled bottom shaft and embossing cylinder (roller) have been specially improved and designed to make the dot restoration more excellent, the graphics and text beautiful, and the high-speed printing without ink bars, suitable for perfect printing of PVC, synthetic paper and other printing machine;
